100% whole grain wheat flour, 100% whole grain rolled oats, cane sugar, whey protein concentrate, vital wheat gluten, wheat protein isolate, milk protein concentrate, leavening (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda), cinnamon, buttermilk, sea salt.
